YRS22116 H=120 A=85°,88° European Press Brake Gooseneck Punches

YRS22116 H=120 European Press Brake Gooseneck Punches are precision press brake top tools designed for CNC sheet metal bending applications. This gooseneck punch design provides excellent clearance for box bending, deep bending, return flange bending, and other forming applications where extra tool clearance is required.

The punch is made from high-quality 42CrMo / 4140 steel, providing stable mechanical performance, good wear resistance, and long service life. The working area is induction hardened to HRC54°–58°, helping improve durability during repeated bending operations.

With a height of 120mm, angles of 85° and 88°, and radius options of R0.3, R0.6, and R0.8, YRS22116 is suitable for different sheet metal bending requirements. The maximum loading capacity is 50 Ton/m, making it a reliable choice for CNC press brake users who need strong and accurate gooseneck bending tools.
