YRS22242 H=115 European Press Brake Dies are heavy-duty bottom tools designed for CNC sheet metal bending applications. This model is suitable for European style press brake tooling systems and is used together with press brake punches to achieve stable and accurate bending results.
The die is available in C45 / S45C / 1045 or 42CrMo / 4140 material options, providing reliable mechanical performance, wear resistance, and long service life. The working area is induction hardened to HRC54°–58°, helping improve durability during repeated bending operations.
With a height of 115mm, V80 die opening, and 60° angle, YRS22242 is suitable for heavy-duty sheet metal bending applications that require a wide V opening. The maximum loading capacity is 120 Ton/m, making it a strong and reliable choice for CNC press brake users.
